How The Program Works

The 8-Hour Therapist™ is a Do-It-Yourself course so you can obviously go at whatever pace you choose, but we recommend using the 8-week timeframe the program is delivered in. This allows you time to process, reflect, practice and apply what you've learned to your own life.
