In 2017, Natasha gave a popular TedX Talk called "Why What We Feel Matters More Than What We Think." In it, she discussed why in the Digital Age (2000 and beyond), Emotional Intelligence and Fitness will be more critical than ever to the quality of our lives, and the future of our planet.
To this day, she has received hundreds of requests to expand the talk and create a course on how to control emotions, adopt a positive mindset, and achieve more success and happiness in life.
You see, even before the world had ever heard of COVID-19, we were already in the middle of a mental health crisis. Worldwide, hundreds of millions of people were struggling with anxiety and depression. Now, long periods of physical isolation, the loss of loved ones, the loss of jobs, financial insecurity, and the daily stress of our new way of life are accelerating feelings of distress, fear, and anxiety. Just as we have had to make major changes to our lives to stop the spread of this virus, we also need to take urgent steps to safeguard and optimize our mental health.
